I graduated from University College Hospital, London and completed my ENT higher surgical training on the London training programme including Paediatric ENT surgery at Great Ormond Street Hospital.

I am a Consultant ENT Surgeon at University Hospital Lewisham and Honorary Senior Lecturer at King’s College London. I treat all aspects of general and paediatric ENT conditions and have a specialist interest in rhinology (nose & sinuses) & facial plastic surgery (nasal reconstruction and management of skin lesions). I gained fellowship sub-specialty training in Rhinology & Facial Plastic surgery at St George’s Hospital, London.

I was awarded the British Rhinological Society Bursary Award for training at the Sino-Nasal Institute of Florida, USA and the European Rhinological Society Award for training at the Amsterdam Medical Centre. My international training has also taken me to Paris, Miami and the University of British Columbia, Vancouver.

I have received a Top Doctors UK 2022 award for an ENT specialist.

I am an accredited member of the British Rhinologic Society, European Rhinologic Society & European Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.

I am the first author of a number of textbooks in medicine and surgery. I have published extensively in the peer-reviewed literature and presented my work internationally.

I am well recognized for my role in post-graduate surgical teaching and have been course director for a number of popular courses including The London Endoscopic Sinus Surgery Course, The London Facial Plastic Surgery Course, The London ST3 ENT Interview Course & The London FRCS (ORL-HNS) Viva Course.

I have been invited to teach on a number of national and international courses including Rhinodays, Thessaloniki, Step by step Rhinoplasty Cadaveric Dissection Course in London, the London Facial Aesthetic Cosmetic Training Course, the East Anglian Sinus, Orbit & Skull Base Course and the Guildford Advanced Sinus & Skull base Course.

In addition to my clinical work I am currently a specialist advisor to the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and experimenting with new recipes. I value spending quality time with my family and have a passion for travel.
