Nabil Salama has now retired.

Mr Salama was appointed in 1983 as a Consultant Otorhinolaryngologist at University Hospital Lewisham, Queen Mary’s Sidcup and Queen Elizabeth Hospital Woolwich.

As well as treating all Ear, Nose and Throat problems, Mr Salama has a long-standing special interest in rhinology and sinus surgery. His practice involves using all the latest technology and relies on minimally invasive principles, including the use of balloon sinuplasty. Also he has an interest in snoring and
associated sleep problems.

Mr Salama graduated in 1973. He underwent his ENT training at the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital before becoming a consultant. He teaches both undergraduate students and post graduate doctors. He has been a faculty member on FESS (sinus surgery) training course and has run his own course
on FESS surgery. He has published various articles mainly on the nose and sinuses.
